All in all magnificent and fantastic setting really close to all local attractions and the main shopping area and Dublin for a Hospital appointment. Quite a walk from O'connell Street Road.

Delicious and amazing breakfast, clean hotel.
The hotel is fabulous with reasonably priced food and decent views. Baggage storage, a kitchen area, and a kettle in the room, great and fantastic location. Not the cheapest one though great value.

Staff very patient and helpful. Good location: easy walk through central Dublin, to the Busaurus (main bus terminal) and other transportation. Full and generous breakfast. Good in room wireless. Plug adaptors at front desk. Back rooms were quiet during night. The Dublin pub crowd can be rowdy, loud and, of course, fun, but it's nice to sleep too. Bathrooms upgraded with good fixtures. Is this hotel 3 stars? I think so. It is much nicer than other three star hotels I've stayed in during 45 years of ongoing leisure travel.
This is not a dislike, just a clarification: this is not a "grand" hotel, but it has a very nice feel to it. I was very pleasantly surprised upon arrival and totally happy with my stay. The hotel is comfortable and the price was "right" too. I chose the St. George based to keep travel expenses down. I arrived early in the am and the front desk allowed me to get into my room right away. This was hugely appreciated as I was exhausted from a trans-Atlantic flight added upon other travels. I am a hardened traveler, but such courtesies go a long way with me. I would go back to the Hotel St. George again. Absolutely!

perfectly situated for city strolls and delicious local eats
I appreciated how easily I could stroll to the Dublin City Gallery just a few steps away and enjoy a wonderful meal less than a 5-minute walk in Chinatown, where there are so many delicious restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful .

The staff are kind and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge. Its location is incredible and handy, near O'connell Street Road. And the area is lovely just off Dublin, airport and the city center.

The apartment was tidy and clean. Very nice. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed and a small kitchen. They had the detail of leaving 4 bottles of water in the fridge, 4 sachets of coffee, 4 of infusion and 4 sugar (there were 4 of us) and napkins in the kitchen. There were also 4 gel samples, 4 shampoo samples and 4 soap samples in the bathroom. All of them smelled very good, and even the soap left the skin soft.
The apartment was outside the hotel. Right across the street we had a tram stop so there was noise all night. The walls must have been made of paper because when a neighbour came in or went out it seemed that he was inside the apartment. There was noise coming and going all night long, both nights. They charged us a deposit of 200 euros which they said would be returned on the day of departure as soon as they checked the apartment. We left the apartment clean and undamaged, we even left them the separated garbage already in bags for recycling (there was only one container) and to this day, 1 week later, they still haven't returned me that 200 euro deposit.

The staff were friendly and service was good. We could hear folks next door snoring throughout the night!
Finding the parking garage was difficult for a first timer, and the garage parking itself was cramped. The main rooms downstairs were showing their age and definitely need to be refurbished.

Our stay in Dublin started off by having our car clamped, although we had endeavored to follow the parking requirements. We did have a valid parking time/permit, albeit display upside-down (we didn't realize, or comprehend what we were doing at the time just yet.... Jet lag, unfamiliar with the process, etc). Your desk clerk did a tremendous job attempting to help us out with this problem. He was furious that we had been clamped, made calls for us, complained on our behalf, was indignant, and generally pissed off at the company who clamped us, and at the Dublin City Council for having such a law that made new visitors feel taken. In short, he said all the things we felt, but couldn't express at the time. We had to pay, but he made us feel as though we were at least understood. Your other desk clerk helped us park in your car park--a feat we also couldn't yet accomplish, because we weren't used to the steering wheel, the side of the road, the size of the car, and the size of the parking space. Thank you from two sisters and one daughter.

Very central location, staff were very helpful and friendly, I have paid 3 times this price to stay in other hotels and have not received such courtesy and comfort. And the price includes a good breakfast. Really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Dublin
Nothing, it was ideal

Very good location, friendly staff, free hotel parking was also a big plus for this location.
Breakfast was good but the coffee was terrible.

Great position for exploring the city and reasonable rate. Single rooms were small but adequate for a couple of nights.
Showers heads were too high and couldn't be adjusted, shower caps were not provided so hard not to get hair soaked. One of our party was put in a room with a damaged door that wouldn't shut properly but was quickly moved to a pleasant twin room. Reported non working safe was told it would be repaired but it wasn't during my stay. Not all rooms had safes.
